Agreement to these Terms

Pixvu.net is operated by Pixvu. These Terms apply when you access the website, create an account, use free or premium prompts, use prompt generators, purchase a plan, or interact with any Pixvu service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Pixvu.

What Pixvu provides

Pixvu provides AI prompt content and creative generation tools that help users develop prompts and produce or transform visual and audio media.

1. Prompt library: ready-made free and premium prompts created or curated by Pixvu.
2. Prompt generators: tools that turn user input into structured prompt text.
3. Image generators: tools that create or transform images from text, images, settings, or other supported inputs.
4. Video generators: tools that create, animate, extend, or transform video using text, images, video clips, settings, or other supported inputs.
5. Audio generators: tools that create or transform supported audio content from text, audio, settings, or other supported inputs.
6. Effect tools: tools that apply creative, enhancement, transformation, restoration, or editing effects to supported media.
7. Premium plans: paid access to premium prompts, generators, credits, and plan-based features.
8. Educational and creative content: examples, previews, resources, and related materials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pixvu. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use Pixvu only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.

1. Use accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
2. Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or provide access to your account.
3. Contact us if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
4. We may suspend or limit access if account activity violates these Terms or creates risk for Pixvu or other users.

Plans, credits, and access

Premium plans may include access to premium prompts, prompt generators, image, video and audio generators, effect tools, monthly credits, and other paid features shown on the pricing or checkout page.

1. Credits, limits, tools, and included features depend on the active plan.
2. Credit cost may vary by tool, model, output count, duration, resolution, quality, or other generation settings. The applicable cost is shown in the relevant interface where available.
3. Credits may reset, expire, or renew according to the plan terms shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
4. Unused credits may not be redeemable for cash, transferred, or carried over unless clearly stated.
5. Generation jobs can fail, time out, or be rejected. Any credit restoration or retry treatment is governed by the rules shown for the relevant tool or plan.
6. We may update plan features, available models, tools, limits, or pricing from time to time.

Billing and subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan until you cancel.

1. You must provide a valid payment method and keep billing information current.
2. Prices, fees, and taxes are shown during checkout and may change for future billing periods.
3. You can cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. We may correct obvious pricing, checkout, or billing errors.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and any specific terms shown during checkout.

Licence to use Pixvu prompts

Pixvu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pixvu prompts and generated prompts for personal and commercial creative work, subject to these Terms and our Licence page.

1. You may use prompts to create finished images, audio, ads, posters, videos, mockups, packaging concepts, product visuals, and client deliverables.
2. You may use prompts for personal, commercial, freelance, agency, business, and client projects.
3. You may edit, remix, translate, save, and reuse prompts inside your own workflow.
4. As between you and Pixvu, Pixvu does not claim ownership of your original inputs or finished outputs, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms of any model or service provider used to produce them.

Image, video, audio, and effect tools

Pixvu tools may process text, images, video clips, audio files, prompts, references, and settings to generate or transform media. Inputs and outputs together are referred to as your creative content.

1. You must own your inputs or have all permissions, licences, releases, and legal rights needed to upload and process them.
2. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on it.
3. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
4. Outputs may not be unique. Other users may receive similar or identical results, and Pixvu does not guarantee that an output qualifies for copyright, trademark, or other legal protection.
5. Generation and effect tools may reject, block, remove, or limit inputs or outputs that appear unlawful, unsafe, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or contrary to these Terms or provider rules.
6. Output format, quality, duration, resolution, availability, and supported features may differ by model and can change over time.

People, likenesses, and voices

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent and legal rights before using a person’s face, body, performance, likeness, image, video, or voice in Pixvu.

1. Do not impersonate another person or create media that falsely presents a real person as saying, doing, endorsing, or participating in something without authorization.
2. Do not clone, imitate, or transform another person’s voice without their consent or another valid legal right.
3. Do not use Pixvu for fraud, identity theft, harassment, defamation, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive endorsements, or harmful deepfakes.
4. Take special care with content involving minors. Do not upload or generate exploitative, sexualized, abusive, or otherwise harmful content involving a minor.
5. Do not create deceptive political, election, public-safety, or public-interest media intended to mislead people about its authenticity or source.
6. Where required by law or context, clearly disclose that media is AI-generated or materially altered.

Prompt distribution is not included

Your licence allows creative use of prompts, not standalone distribution of prompt text.

1. Do not sell, publish, upload, share in bulk, give away, sublicense, or redistribute Pixvu prompts or generated prompts as standalone content.
2. Do not package prompts as prompt packs, downloadable files, databases, templates, newsletters, courses, repositories, or collections.
3. Do not use scraping, automation, bulk export, or similar methods to extract prompt content from Pixvu.
4. Client sharing is allowed only when required for a specific project handoff, not as a reusable prompt collection.

Your input

You retain your rights in the original ideas, descriptions, product names, brand details, prompts, images, videos, audio, references, and instructions you submit to Pixvu.

1. You are responsible for making sure your input does not violate laws, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, consent requirements, or platform rules.
2. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private documents, confidential business information, sensitive personal information, or media you are not authorized to process.
3. You grant Pixvu the limited permission needed to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process your input solely as needed to provide the requested tool, generate or transform outputs, store account history, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate or improve Pixvu as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your input may be transmitted to third-party AI, hosting, storage, safety, or processing providers acting on Pixvu’s behalf.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse Pixvu or interfere with the service.

1. Do not use Pixvu for illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or unauthorized activity.
2. Do not generate or distribute content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, image, likeness, voice, or other third-party rights.
3. Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features you are not authorized to use.
4. Do not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass Pixvu systems, model safeguards, limits, security, or access controls.
5. Do not use Pixvu in a way that violates third-party AI tool terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.

Third-party AI tools and models

Pixvu prompts may be used with third-party creative tools, and some Pixvu generators may rely on third-party models, APIs, infrastructure, storage, or processing services that Pixvu does not control.

1. Third-party providers may have their own terms, licences, restrictions, privacy practices, safety rules, commercial-use policies, and technical limits.
2. When you use a tool powered by a third-party provider, your relevant input and settings may be sent to that provider to process your request and return an output.
3. Pixvu does not guarantee model availability, compatibility, processing speed, quality, legality, continuity, or a specific result from any third-party service.
4. You are responsible for reviewing and following any applicable rules of the AI model, platform, or creative software you use.

Intellectual property

Pixvu, including its website, prompt library, generator and effect systems, workflows, text, examples, formatting, collections, design, branding, and related content, is owned by Pixvu or its licensors.

1. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Pixvu content, systems, branding, or intellectual property to you.
2. You may not remove copyright notices, ownership notices, watermarks, provenance information, content credentials, footer notices, or attribution text where they appear.
3. You may not use Pixvu branding, logos, or identity in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without permission.

Privacy

Your use of Pixvu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your privacy choices.

DMCA and intellectual property concerns

If you believe content on Pixvu infringes your rights, contact us through the contact form with enough detail for us to review the issue.

1. Include the work you claim is infringed, the Pixvu URL or location, your contact information, and a clear explanation of the issue.
2. We may remove, restrict, or disable access to disputed material while reviewing the claim.

Service availability and changes

Pixvu may change, improve, pause, remove, or limit parts of the service at any time.

1. We may update prompts, generators, effect tools, models, providers, supported formats, output settings, pricing, plan features, credits, or access rules.
2. We do not guarantee that every feature, prompt, model, generator, or tool will always remain available.
3. Generation queues, provider outages, capacity limits, moderation checks, or maintenance may delay or prevent a request from completing.
4. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, replace models, or temporarily limit access when needed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse Pixvu, create security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a harmful or unauthorized way.

You may stop using Pixvu at any time. Termination does not remove payment obligations, licence restrictions, or terms that reasonably continue after access ends.

Disclaimers

Pixvu is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that Pixvu will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party tool, or produce any specific result.

1. Prompts, generators, and effects are creative tools, not guarantees of exact, accurate, original, legally protectable, or commercially suitable output.
2. AI results may vary depending on the tool, model, provider, settings, input, reference media, safety systems, and platform rules.
3. Generated image, video, and audio content may contain visual, temporal, spoken, musical, factual, or technical errors.
4. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, obtaining necessary clearances, and determining suitability before using them commercially or publicly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixvu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Pixvu, prompt content, generated prompts, uploaded media, generated image, video or audio, effect tools, third-party services, or outputs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Pixvu’s liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Pixvu for the service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pixvu harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Pixvu, your inputs, your outputs, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or laws.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, pricing, policies, legal obligations, or business practices change.

1. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new update date.
2. Continued use of Pixvu after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
