We collect information needed to operate Pixvu, provide creative tools, process purchases, improve the service, and keep Pixvu secure.

1. Account information: name, email address, login details, subscription status, and account preferences.
2. Purchase information: product, plan, price, payment status, refund status, billing records, and tax-related records. We do not store full card numbers.
3. Creative inputs: prompts, descriptions, instructions, settings, reference images, uploaded images, video clips, audio files, and other content you choose to submit to a generator or effect tool.
4. Generated and transformed content: generated prompts, images, video, audio, previews, variations, enhanced files, effect results, and related output data.
5. Generator activity: models and tools used, generation settings, output count, aspect ratio, resolution, duration, quality, credit usage, job status, saved items, download activity, and related interactions.
6. Media and technical metadata: file name, file type, file size, dimensions, duration, timestamps, storage location, and technical information needed to upload, process, deliver, or troubleshoot media.
7. Contact information: name, email address, and message content when you contact us or subscribe to updates.
8. Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral pages, pages viewed, date and time of visits, and general location derived from IP address.
9. Cookies and similar technologies: cookies used for login, site functionality, analytics, security, preferences, and service performance.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide Pixvu and improve the experience for creators using our prompts, generators, and effect tools.

1. To create and manage accounts, subscriptions, credits, and access to free or premium content.
2. To process prompts and uploaded media and return generated or transformed text, images, video, audio, and effect outputs.
3. To deliver prompt library access, generation history, media libraries, downloads, saved content, and account features.
4. To route generation requests to the model, infrastructure, storage, moderation, or delivery providers needed to complete them.
5. To process payments, refunds, invoices, support requests, and service communications.
6. To monitor performance, investigate failed jobs, fix issues, evaluate quality, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and improve Pixvu tools and content.
7. To send optional newsletters, updates, or marketing emails when you subscribe or consent.
8. To comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and enforcement requirements.

Inputs and generated media

Pixvu tools work by processing the prompts, files, references, settings, and instructions you choose to submit.

1. Creative inputs may include text prompts, uploaded images, source video, reference clips, audio recordings, voice recordings, product assets, and effect settings.
2. Pixvu may store inputs and outputs in your account history or media library so you can view, manage, reuse, or download them.
3. Temporary copies, previews, thumbnails, technical files, and service logs may be created while media is uploaded, processed, moderated, stored, transformed, or delivered.
4. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, passwords, payment details, private documents, or content you are not authorized to process.
5. Pixvu does not sell your creative inputs or generated outputs as personal data.

Faces, voices, and likenesses

Images, video, and audio may contain personal data about you or another person, including a face, voice, appearance, movement, performance, or other identifiable characteristics.

1. If you submit media containing another person, you are responsible for having the permission and legal rights required to upload and process that media.
2. When an audio feature processes a recording, Pixvu and its providers may process voice and sound characteristics needed to generate, transform, enhance, dub, transcribe, or otherwise complete the requested operation.
3. When an image or video feature processes a person, Pixvu and its providers may process visual characteristics needed to generate, animate, transform, enhance, or apply the requested effect.
4. Do not submit recordings, likenesses, performances, or personal media for impersonation, fraud, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any use prohibited by our Terms.
5. If you believe your face, voice, likeness, or personal media has been used without permission, contact us so we can review the issue.

Cookies and analytics

Pixvu uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work properly and understand how users interact with the service.

1. Essential cookies support login, account access, checkout, security, preferences, and site functionality.
2. Analytics cookies help us understand page views, traffic sources, product performance, and on-site interactions.
3. Embedded content, video players, analytics tools, security tools, newsletter tools, payment processors, and hosting providers may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.
4. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, but some Pixvu features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Pixvu receives limited transaction information needed to confirm purchases, manage subscriptions, handle refunds, and maintain records.

1. We do not store full credit card numbers on Pixvu servers.
2. Payment providers may collect billing details, payment method data, fraud prevention data, and transaction records under their own privacy policies.

Sharing information

We share information only when needed to operate Pixvu, provide services, comply with law, protect rights, or complete business operations.

1. With service providers for hosting, media storage and delivery, security, analytics, payments, email delivery, newsletters, customer support, AI models, generation APIs, moderation, and media processing.
2. With legal, tax, accounting, or compliance providers when required for business operations.
3. With authorities or other parties if required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security protection, or enforcement of our terms.
4. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets.

AI providers and safety review

Some Pixvu tools rely on third-party AI models and technical providers to process generation or transformation requests.

1. The relevant prompt, media, settings, account or job identifier, and technical data may be transmitted to a provider so it can process and return the requested output.
2. Provider handling, logging, retention, location, and model-improvement practices may vary according to the service, configuration, contract, and provider policy that applies to the request.
3. Pixvu may use automated systems to detect unsafe, unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized inputs and outputs.
4. Content, account activity, or support records may be reviewed when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, resolve a technical or support issue, enforce our Terms, protect users, or comply with law.
5. A request may be blocked, removed, or retained as an abuse or security record when it violates our rules or appears to create legal, safety, or security risk.

Legal bases for EEA and UK users

When applicable, we rely on the following legal bases to process personal data.

1. Contract: to provide accounts, subscriptions, prompt access, media generation, effect tools, storage, downloads, payments, and support.
2. Legitimate interests: to secure Pixvu, prevent abuse, troubleshoot generation jobs, evaluate and improve tools, analyze performance, and maintain the service.
3. Consent: for optional newsletters, marketing communications, and optional cookies where required.
4. Legal obligation: for tax, accounting, compliance, recordkeeping, and legal requests.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal data.

1. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing.
2. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email.
3. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Account, subscription, and transaction records may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after.
2. Payment, tax, accounting, and legal records may be kept for the periods required by law.
3. Prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, and transformed files may be kept while they remain in your account history or media library, until you delete them, or for as long as needed to provide the relevant feature.
4. Generation records, failed-job data, technical metadata, moderation records, and logs may be kept as needed for functionality, security, support, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, and product improvement.
5. Deletion may not immediately remove limited copies from backups, security records, provider systems, or records we must retain for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or enforcement purposes.
6. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless we need to retain limited records for compliance.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, accounts, transactions, uploaded media, generated outputs, and service activity.

1. No website, system, storage service, AI provider, or online transmission is completely secure.
2. Avoid uploading highly sensitive, confidential, or irreplaceable media unless it is necessary and you accept the risks of online processing.
3. You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe and using a secure password.

International transfers

Pixvu and its hosting, storage, AI, media-processing, payment, analytics, and other service providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

1. When required, we take steps intended to protect transferred personal data under applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Pixvu is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data or creative media directly from children under 13.

1. If you believe a child has provided personal data to Pixvu, contact us so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
2. Do not upload a child’s image, video, voice, or other personal media unless you have the legal authority and valid permission required for that use.

Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a Do Not Track signal. Pixvu currently does not change behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, tools, legal obligations, or data practices change.
