Refund Policy

Because our products are digital prompts delivered immediately after purchase, and since we offer free prompts to try before upgrading to a Pro membership, refunds are limited. This policy is designed to be fair to our members while also preventing misuse.

Refunds

We do offer refunds in specific cases, outlined below:

  • New members: You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment — as long as you haven’t downloaded any premium prompts.
  • Renewals: If your membership automatically renews and you haven’t used any premium prompts since the renewal date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge.
  • Technical issues: If a verified technical problem prevents you from using the site and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund the affected billing period.
  • Billing mistakes: Any duplicate or accidental charges will be fully refunded once confirmed.

If you’ve downloaded any premium prompts, that month becomes non-refundable. Prompt access is considered final delivery.

Cancellations

Memberships renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your Pixvu account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We don’t offer partial refunds after prompts have been used.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email
  • Payment or renewal date
  • A brief explanation of your request

We typically respond within 1 business day, and resolve most requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
