Refund Policy

We keep refunds fair, simple, and flexible.

  1. Refund window

    You may request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.

    For renewal payments, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge.

  2. Credit usage condition

    A refund may be approved if you have used 10% or less of the credits included in that billing period.

    1. If more than 10% of the plan credits have been used, the payment is normally non-refundable.
    2. Credit usage includes prompt generations, premium tool usage, or any other credit-based action inside Pixvu.
    3. This condition helps keep the policy fair for users while protecting digital access from heavy use followed by refund requests.
  3. Technical problems

    If a verified technical issue prevents you from using Pixvu and we cannot fix it, we may refund the affected billing period.

  4. Billing mistakes

    Duplicate charges, accidental duplicate payments, or confirmed billing errors will be refunded once reviewed.

  5. Cancellations

    You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

    1. Cancellation stops future renewals.
    2. Your access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period.
    3. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund unless the request meets this policy.
  6. Non-refundable cases

    Some payments are normally not refundable.

    1. Requests made after the refund window.
    2. Billing periods where more than 10% of included credits were used.
    3. Accounts suspended for misuse, abuse, account sharing, scraping, or violation of Pixvu terms.
    4. Partial refunds for unused time after cancellation, unless required by law or approved by Pixvu.
  7. How to request a refund

    Use the contact form and include the details below.

    1. Your Pixvu account email.
    2. Payment or renewal date.
    3. Plan name.
    4. A short explanation of the request.
  8. Review and payment timing

    We usually respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

    Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
